Classic Builders has established an office in Whitby now as they begin taking expressions of interest from people who are interested in their Brookside housing development on the former lower nine golf course land off James Cook Drive.
Their Whitby office, in the village centre office accommodation formerly occupied by The Banks, is staff by Teresa McCombie, and Regional Manager Brad Turner, who are available to meet potential customers and advise latest details on building packages available, and the timetable for the development work.
Brookside house and land packages are currently being advertised on the Classic Builders website for Whitby. Lots 4-36 are available, along with lots 50 -54. Prices start at $569,000.
Brookside, now accessible via the new bridge off James Cook Drive, will be an attractive medium-density residential community, offering high-quality three to four bedroom standalone house and land packages across 150-lots. This neighbourhood will have a new landscaped park that will be built around Duck Creek.
They are also marketing new land at Navigation Heights, where a show home has now been started, and will be available for inspection by the end of June.
